The puru white two story building seems like a dream palace which was built by the prime minister of Hyderabad, Nawab Vikal Ul Umra in 1893.

Later in 1897 Nizam v made it residency for the royal guests. When Nizam moved from the palace it face a decline in its popularity and remained closed for several years but the owner in 2000, leased it to tag company to run it as a hotel for 30 years in which Prince Nizam VII has a 50 % share of profit and it was opened in 2010 after renovation.
The beautiful architecture of palace and well furnished classical interior brings a feeling of royalty and nobility who ever visit it. It builds a connection with the history back to the British era and the standard of livening of noble families.
